About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and address resident concerns
- Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on person-centered support
