Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our Integrated Security Solutions team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers in the North London region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support and maintenance for CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and establish relationships with key customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry standards, including IP technology and analogue systems, to provide effective troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV maintenance and service, with a strong background in technical troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Working knowledge of mainstream enterprise CCTV systems, including Genetec, Synectics, and Milestone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Full and clean driving license, with a valid UK driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
