Due to ongoing expansion and the acquisition of significant contracts, our client is seeking a team leader with expertise in electronics or electrical engineering to oversee a team of skilled technicians.

Company Overview:
Our client is a leading engineering firm specializing in Research and Development for the Aerospace industry, providing specialized repair services for electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems for major clients including Airbus, Boeing, and Bombardier. No prior aerospace experience is necessary, as comprehensive industry training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and coordinate the operations of multiple workshops to meet production targets.
2. Develop and maintain efficient systems and procedures to enhance operational performance.
3. Manage team members to ensure optimal productivity and performance.

Candidate Profile:
- Background in electronics or electrical engineering is essential.
- Eager to undergo extensive specialized training in the aerospace sector, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Avionic, and Electronic Engineering.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Saffron Walden.
