About the Position
As an Overnight Support Facilitator, your role will involve providing assistance and motivation, following the guidance of both the individual receiving support and their personalized support plan.
You will be expected to maintain precise records during your shift in accordance with service requirements. Additionally, you may be tasked with administering personal care and medication.
Our facility offers person-centered, responsive residential care, providing a spacious and modern environment for adults with various physical disabilities and needs.
