About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser to join our team at Rainbow Trust Children's Charity. As a key member of our Fundraising and Engagement department, you will play a vital role in securing new corporate partnerships to support the growth of our care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers and securing new business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager to drive Rainbow Trust's corporate income and achieve fundraising targets.
  • Utilize effective networking, prospecting, and stewardship skills to identify and pursue new corporate partnerships.
  • Provide excellent corporate account management, ensuring strong relationships with existing partners and delivering exceptional results.
  • Contribute to the development of a 'one team one target' approach across the Fundraising and Engagement department, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximum impact.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate fundraising, with a strong track record of securing new business and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the principles of good customer care and relationship management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office and experience with database management.
