About the Role
We are seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to support our HSE Manager and site teams in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The successful candidate will work closely with the site teams to promote and advise on compliance in all areas, linking in with our values and safety plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HSE Manager in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards.
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on health and safety procedures.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in health and safety.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
