Clinical Psychologist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to take on a leadership role within our Early Intervention in Psychosis Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional management and clinical supervision to Psychologists and Psychological Therapists, as well as developing and implementing psychological provision for clients under our care.
Main Duties- Lead the development and implementation of psychological provision for clients under our care
- Provide professional management and clinical supervision to Psychologists and Psychological Therapists
- Recruit and manage psychology staff to support the delivery of our services
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our service's strategic plan

Person Specification- Honours degree in psychology (at level of 2:1 or above) with eligibility for Graduate Membership of BPS
- Post-graduate doctorate in clinical psychology (or equivalent for those trained prior to 1996) as accredited by the BPS
- Post-doctoral training in the supervision of Trainee Clinical Psychologists
