Key Responsibilities- Provide care to individuals with a variety of mental health conditions, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Manage the specific symptoms of mental illness, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies to ensure patient safety.
- Liaise with doctors, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Interact with patients' families and caregivers, providing advice and information on patients' conditions and treatment plans.
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, including care plans and risk assessments.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding.
- Current Valid NMC Pin
