Nouvita Limited is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Medical Officer to join our team as a Psychiatrist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our psychiatric services.
Key Responsibilities- Clerking in of patients and conducting physical health and mental state examinations
- Participating in the formulation of treatment plans and providing psychoeducation to patients and their families
- Contributing to medication management and tribunal reports
- Responding to psychiatric emergencies and crises as required
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) in the UK
- Completion of the Foundation Year 1 (F1) and Foundation Year 2 (F2) training or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centred care
