Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Service Lift Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) for a full-time night shift role from 9pm to 7am.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive maintenance and service visits for all lifts within your designated area.
  • Respond promptly to lift breakdowns, aiming for first-time fixes.
  • Address persistent lift issues, ensuring zero defects and meeting contractual performance indicators by minimizing breakdowns.
  • Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous lift operation.
  • Engage directly with customers on-site to foster positive working relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3, J-Module, or equivalent.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of various lift systems, including dock-levellers, goods lifts, platform lifts, scissor lifts, and hydraulic systems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to apply engineering principles in maintenance and fault diagnosis.
