Job Title: Youth Group Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Youth Group Leader to join our team at The Oaklea Trust. As a key member of our Children and Youth Team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our youth programmes, ensuring that young people receive high-quality support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop youth programmes, including planning, delivery, and evaluation
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Build and maintain relationships with young people, their families, and external partners
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with young people in a leadership or management capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of child and youth development principles and practices
