Job Title: Product Manager Utilities Services

Join our team as a Product Manager Utilities Services and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of commercial, technical, and operational expertise. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision and roadmap for Utilities Services, driving growth and innovation in the Utilities market.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who can lead the development of our Utilities Services portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and deliver business results. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Utilities market, customer needs, and technology trends, as well as experience in product management, commercial, and operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for Utilities Services, driving growth and innovation in the Utilities market.
  • Lead the development of our Utilities Services portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and deliver business results.
  • Work with operational teams to impact assess new products and changes, ensuring the business is aligned and ready to service the products.
  • Drive alignment between water metering and energy developments, ensuring a unified service wrap across multiple technologies and 3rd parties.
  • Contribute to and promote product management best practice in Arqiva.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in working in an operational/service environment, B2B and B2B2C.
  • Commercial, technology, and/or operational experience.
  • Product management experience in B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of Utilities market customer expectations and needs.
  • Knowledge of metering installations and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of waterfall and agile product development methodologies.
  • Significant experience acting as a product owner in a cross-functional product development.
