Job Summary:

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Turnaround Manager to join our team in the Care and Nursing Homes sector. As a Regional Turnaround Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Home Managers in the West Midlands region to improve CQC outcomes and address challenges in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide hands-on support to Home Managers in the West Midlands region to improve CQC outcomes and address challenges in their homes.
  2. Work closely with Home Managers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  3. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across the region.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide feedback to Home Managers.
  5. Develop and implement action plans to address performance and audit report findings.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  7. Provide coaching and mentoring to Home Managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of improving CQC outcomes in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge and experience of Adult Safeguarding issues.
  3. Commercially and quality focused with experience of managing budgets.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to travel regularly and work flexibly.
  6. Full clean, valid UK driving license.
