### Job Title: Team Leader

### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at ROC Northwest. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our children and young people in a residential home setting.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist and support the managers where needed, ensuring the smooth running of the shift
* Assign specific tasks to the support workers and monitor their completion
* Support our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family
* Encourage them to integrate with the local community by attending clubs and leisure activities
* Support the children in all aspects of their daily living
* Safeguard vulnerable children and report any suspicion or evidence of harm
* Undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home

### Requirements

* Level 3 in Children's Residential Care
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual, not automatic)
* Confidence to ensure your team performs well and are themselves supported by you
