Job Title: Academy Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academy Site Manager to join our team at Run Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage construction site teams to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
  • Coordinate and manage the installation of water pipes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, ensuring the health and safety of all personnel on site.
  • Monitor and control site costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in civil engineering and utilities.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
