Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst with a strong background in Oracle applications and production support for Core Banking products. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on Oracle applications and production support for Core Banking products.
  • Manage batch cycles and transaction processing to ensure smooth operation of our clients' systems.
  • Maintain detailed service support documentation to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Take ownership of critical applications, incidents, and service requests to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software issues and ensure seamless integration with our clients' systems.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Databases, PL/SQL, and Oracle SQL.
  • Java programming and basic Unix shell scripting skills.
  • Experience with Flexcube and/or OBDX.
  • Background in Financial Services or Banking.
