EV Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced EV Service Engineer to join our client, a leading provider of EV charging solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing EV charging equipment, as well as providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and maintain EV charging equipment, including electrical connections and software updates
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on EV charging equipment, including fault finding and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to customers, including training and guidance on the use of EV charging equipment
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Full UK driving license
- Basic electrical knowledge and experience working with electrical equipment
- Experience working in a field-based role, with a strong customer service focus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
