Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to customers on the trade counter and over the phone, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is obtained and that orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including stock rotation and general housekeeping, to ensure that all products are easily accessible and that the warehouse is safe and secure.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Assist with the delivery of products to customers in the local area, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and that customers are satisfied with the service.
  • General Duties: Assist with general duties as directed by the Branch Manager and their assistant, including administrative tasks and other responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide a high level of service.
