**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical projects from conception to completion. As an Electrical Project Manager at Avolon M&E, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, oversee design, procurement, installation, and commissioning. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Client Management: Be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the project outcome.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams with confidence, working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Quality & Safety Control: Ensure all projects meet our high standards for quality and safety, handling site inspections and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Financial Oversight: Control project costs, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate financial reporting.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, ensuring smooth handover at project completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years managing large-scale electrical projects with proven success.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex problems and maintain attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in project management software and tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Relevant Electrical Qualifications: 2391 or equivalent.
  • Completed Electrical Apprenticeship: Relevant experience.
  • PMP or Similar Project Management Certification: Desired.
