Finance Business Partner Role

Aramark UK is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team. As a key member of our Workplace Experience Group, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Director and other senior leaders in driving business growth and financial performance.

The primary focus of this role is to develop and maintain financial models, evaluate commercial opportunities, and provide financial insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with the Sales Directors to develop and implement financial strategies, and collaborate with the Operations Directors to optimize financial processes and improve cash flow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models to support business growth and financial performance
  • Evaluating commercial opportunities and providing financial insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with the Sales Directors to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Working with the Operations Directors to optimize financial processes and improve cash flow
  • Preparing key balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of the balance sheet
  • Engaging with the business to support the financial agenda and ensure a strong understanding of financial processes

Requirements:

  • Part qualification in ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain financial models and provide financial insights
  • Extensive experience of financial systems and Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
  • Strong business awareness and ability to discuss objectives with stakeholders
