Established in 2017, Amicus Recruitment is a specialist tech recruitment agency, focusing on the Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud, and DevOps markets. With a strong presence in Manchester and Austin, TX, we're expanding our EU team and seeking a talented Managing Recruitment Consultant to join our mission.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on 360 recruitment professional to develop a market across the Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud, or DevOps sectors within our EU team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing client relationships with new and existing clients across niche technical markets
  • Working with startups and large global companies to expand their tech teams
  • Composing high-quality job advertisements and building brand awareness across social networks
  • Hosting tech webinars, round table events, and attending sponsored tech events
  • Leading by example and promoting best practices to less experienced consultants
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a 360 recruiter within the tech industry
  • A proven track record of developing new and existing client relationships
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a hungry, driven, and ambitious personality
  • Good business acumen and the ability to build internal and external relationships
