Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Jobs for Humanity. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for placing point-of-sale (POS) materials in retail stores, ensuring that our brand's presence is consistently displayed and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place POS materials in designated areas of the store, adhering to brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
  • Photograph and report on completed tasks using a mobile app.
  • Liaise with store colleagues to locate and place POS materials, including using a stepladder to reach high shelves.
  • Ensure all POS materials are properly secured and displayed, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work every Thursday, with flexible hours between 6am and 7pm.
  • Ownership of a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report tasks and access the mobile app.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with POS materials and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
