Customer Relations Management Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Relations Management Administrator to join our team at MMK Nutri-Health Ltd. in Kingston Upon Thames.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and management.
  • Coordinate service calls and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Regularly update and maintain CRM records for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and document management.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work part-time with the option for full-time employment.
