Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 10 hours per week

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate

Role Overview and Purpose

ABM is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team in an office in Glasgow City Centre.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of office areas, including dusting, wiping, and disinfecting surfaces, as well as emptying waste and replenishing consumables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting desks and all surfaces
  • Scrubbing kitchens and toilets
  • Hoovering and mopping floors
  • Disinfecting all high-touch points
  • Detail work on skirtings, sills, fixtures, etc.
  • Following group and company policies and procedures
  • Reporting any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
  • Using all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
  • Reporting any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system

  • Must be hardworking and with good attendance, work to routine schedules, and be able to proactively find tasks
