About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Advisory Assistant Manager to join our Scotland Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing tax advisory services to our clients, including UK corporation tax compliance, reporting, and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax advisory services to clients, including UK corporation tax compliance, reporting, and advisory work.
  • Support the delivery of tax reporting and tax audit work.
  • Supervise the work of junior members of staff and provide coaching to support their development.
  • Assist our Managers and Senior Managers with client account management, including complying with appropriate quality and risk management procedures and financial management.
  • Support the leadership with business development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Qualified CTA or ACA / CA or equivalent.
  • UK corporation tax experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a cooperative and respectful manner with colleagues, clients, and the wider community.
