About the Role
The Snows Group is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and manage the dealership's Aftersales team in delivering profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Aftersales team to ensure all agreed customer service targets are met to maintain the brand experience.
- Ensure effective collaboration between the Aftersales, Sales, and Administration teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, ensuring resource requirements are met to achieve key targets.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- High level of communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions and drive results.
- Valid driving license.
