Job Title: Sales Graduate Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Graduate Trainee to join our team at AWD online. As a Sales Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for providing business support to our UK Window Solutions division, including new product developments, existing customer business development, new customer acquisition, and sales controlling topics.

You will have the opportunity to work with international colleagues and undertake international placements at company locations globally for 4-6 months, as part of our International Graduate Programme. This role is based at our Ross on Wye Head Office, with travel to our European and International Offices for training and placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business support to the UK Window Solutions division
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Work with international colleagues to deliver global projects
  • Support the division with its digital growth strategy
Requirements:
  • Graduated/graduating with a bachelor's degree, with a 2:1 minimum, from a reputable business school during or after 2021
  • Possess 3 months work experience, in direct employment or an internship, experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Possess experience of working internationally either through studying abroad or, work experience (desired)
  • Level B2/C1 standard in English (essential)
  • Proficiency in a second language is preferred however, GCSE / A Level qualifications in another language will be considered
