What We Require:
Our bar team consists of cocktail-making experts who not only create unique beverages but do so with speed and precision. As a Cocktail Specialist, you will be intuitive, socially engaging, and detail-oriented. You will enjoy interacting with guests and take pride in delivering exceptional and memorable experiences.
Even if you are new to cocktail crafting, rest assured that our industry-leading trainers will guide you through everything you need to know.
This is a PART TIME position, with a starting wage of 10.42/11.44 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and ingredients are well-stocked.
- Ensure all cocktails are crafted with consistency, quality, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comply with all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with the barback and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote featured cocktails, specials, and events to enhance guest experiences and boost revenue.
Skills and Experience:
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, hardworking, and a team-oriented individual.
- Confident, self-motivated, and driven.
- A multitasker who is quick and charismatic.
- Experience in cocktail bartending and free pouring is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to initiate a lively atmosphere.
