About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Lawyer to join our team at 2M Legal. As a key member of our Private Client Department, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting wills and trusts that meet our clients' complex needs
  • Handling estate administration and probate applications with precision and care
  • Guiding clients through Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) for property, finance, health, and welfare
  • Tackling Court of Protection matters, including deputyship and statutory wills
Requirements
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Private Client law
  • A sharp brain for all things Private Client law
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Cool under pressure and able to thrive in challenging situations
