Stock Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Stock Analyst to join our team at Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal departments, resolving stock-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform timely reconciliations between our Sage system and third-party warehouse management systems.
  • Facilitate effective communication with suppliers and warehouses to ensure seamless stock management.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve stock discrepancies and other challenges.
  • Assist in collecting data for product recalls or potential quality issues.
  • Execute stock adjustments and manage stock disposal as needed.
Requirements:
