Physiotherapist - Inpatient Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Inpatient Physiotherapist to join our team at The Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective physiotherapy management plans for patients with complex and specialised needs.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and discharge planning.
- Utilise advanced clinical reasoning and analytical skills to assess and diagnose patients, and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to facilitate a long-term self-management approach.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to discussions and decisions regarding patient care and discharge planning.
- BSc (hons) degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration for physiotherapy.
- Evidence of postgraduate professional development in neurological physiotherapy.
- Experience of working with patients in inpatient and outpatient/community neurological settings.
- Experience of working across different inpatient specialties, including orthopaedic, medical, and post-surgical.
- Ability to participate in on-call respiratory rota.
