Security Installation Engineer

CV Library is currently recruiting for a skilled Security Installation Engineer to join our client based in Chippenham.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the installation, maintenance, and repair of various security systems, including intruder, CCTV, fire, and access control systems. The successful candidate will work both locally and nationally, with occasional hotel stays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Install and configure security systems to meet client requirements.
  2. Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems and other security systems.
  3. Update and maintain records of work completed using SIMPRO, ensuring accurate descriptions and securing client signatures.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a multi-disciplined engineer with a strong understanding of security systems.
  2. Full UK driving license.
  3. Flexibility to travel nationally, with occasional overnight stays.
  4. Commitment to ongoing training and development, with opportunities for external and internal training.
  5. Strong belief in up-skilling employees and providing genuine training opportunities.
