Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class 1 HGV vehicle to transport goods across the UK
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
  • Manage routes and schedules to optimize delivery times
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to resolve any issues

Requirements:

  • 1 year's experience as a Class 1 HGV Driver
  • Full UK driving license
  • CPC card
  • Digital tachograph card
  • No more than 6 points on your driving license

Working Conditions:

  • Shift patterns may include Saturday or Sunday shifts, starting at 1 am, 2 am, or 3 am
  • Pay rates vary depending on the shift pattern, with basic pay starting at £16.46 per hour
