Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Marble Talent Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial activities during the design stage, assisting with tender bids, and engaging with Sub-Contractors/Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all commercial activities during the design stage, assist with tender bids, and engage with Sub-Contractors/Suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the design, pre-construction, and estimating teams to ensure commercial coverage.
  • Review and negotiate the Client Contract with senior management support.
  • Negotiate and finalize Sub-Contractor agreements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly interim valuations to the Client.
  • Manage and agree on contract variations with both the Client and Sub-Contractors.
  • Prepare and issue payment notices to Sub-Contractors.
  • Agree on final accounts with both the Client and Sub-Contractors.
  • Produce and present monthly financial reports in line with company deadlines.
  • Review the project program and ensure all contractual notices are issued as required.
