We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Physician in Sports and Exercise Medicine to join our esteemed team at the OrthTeam Centre on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive care to patients and athletes, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of sports-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Promote overall physical health and performance through evidence-based practices and cutting-edge treatments.
  • Collaborate with consultants and allied healthcare professionals within an elite setting to enhance patient outcomes and governance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, athletes, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • MBChB degree and Specialist Register for SEM with GMC.
  • FFSEM (UK) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports medicine at Consultant level, preferably working with elite athletes or in a high-performance environment.
  • Experience in Paediatric Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, Female Athlete Medicine, and complex sports injuries and medical conditions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
