Your New Role

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will manage both designed and design-and-build (D&B) projects, focusing on mechanical and electrical aspects. These projects can range up to £10 million (M&E) and cover diverse sectors, including commercial, residential, health, education, and leisure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mechanical projects within the specified sectors, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead project teams and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget.
  • Familiarity with tools like 4Projects, Fieldview, and Business Collaborator (training available).
