Job Summary

  • Lead a team of tax professionals and ensure the efficient delivery of tax services
  • Provide expert tax advice to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate seamless operations
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive client service
  • Review and oversee the completion of tax returns and reports, staying up-to-date on the latest tax law developments

The Ideal Candidate

A successful Tax Manager should possess:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • ATT or CTA qualification or part-qualification
  • Proven experience in a tax-focused role within the professional services industry
  • Strong leadership abilities and team management skills
  • A deep understanding of tax law and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for client relationship management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
