Role Overview:

As a SEND Support Assistant, your contributions will be vital in:

  • Delivering tailored one-on-one assistance for EYFS children with SEND.
  • Supporting non-verbal children in communication through alternative strategies.
  • Providing personal care assistance, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene needs.
  • Fostering a secure, nurturing, and inclusive educational atmosphere.
  • Working collaboratively with educators, families, and specialists to execute personalized education plans (IEPs).

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.
