We are seeking a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Roslyn Court development in Ely, Cambridgeshire. This is a brilliant opportunity to support the management and smooth running of this thriving community of active and independent older people.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of homeowners.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
- Provide emergency support to homeowners during night shifts.
- Previous experience in a Senior Care position in the UK.
- Minimum of L2 in Health and Social Care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.
- Excellent care skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Competitive hourly rate.
