Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Modern Foreign Languages Instructor to join our team at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a leading role in developing and implementing our MFL curriculum, ensuring a challenging and engaging learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to raising standards of pupil progress and attainment in MFL
  • Monitor and support the teaching and learning throughout MFL
  • Work under the direction of the Deputy Headteacher to ensure MFL is implemented, monitored, and reviewed to analyze its effectiveness
  • Develop a solid understanding of our school pathways and ensure suitable learning is taking place in all environments
  • Understand and support the development of appropriate sequences of learning that relate to the needs of learners in each pathway
  • Deliver enrichment and enhancement activities
  • Liaise with the Deputy Head Teacher and the Senior Leadership team to communicate subject effectiveness and how it impacts the school
  • Model professional standards at all times in line with Professional Standards for Teachers
