About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of People Partners, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Utilize Employee Relations expertise to continuously improve and update practices and policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the wider People teams to enhance the employee experience through aligned policies and practices.
  • Lead the evaluation and improvement of HR systems and technology to support strategic goals and drive best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective Employee Relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on Employee Relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and best practices, ensuring that our organization remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team of subject matter experts.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, with experience in developing and implementing effective Employee Relations strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
