About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced HCA Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with life-limiting disorders and end-of-life care in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Support residents with trips out in the community, enhancing their quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring high standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a social care setting in the UK.
  • Empathetic and caring nature, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Driver with own vehicle (desirable).
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Right to work in the UK.
