Head of Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Partnerships to join our team at Empire Fighting Chance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of our partnerships, ensuring that our work with young people is operating at its full potential and to optimal capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to drive growth and development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, funders, and community leaders
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand our reach and impact
  • Lead the development of high-quality partnership proposals and pitches
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment and integration of partnership activities with overall organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in partnership development and management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Knowledge of issues faced by young people in communities experiencing economic and social inequality
