To support volume growth and foster a culture of development, we are seeking a team of Shift Managers across Manufacturing & Logistics who will provide 24/7 leadership.
The successful candidate will possess experience in either Manufacturing or Logistics, a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, a proven track record of collaborative work within a unionized environment, and a genuine passion for people development.
Our people-centric workplace prioritizes consumer safety and the well-being of our employees above all else. As the leader on shift, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards across Logistics operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for any supply chain matters, collaborating closely with various stakeholders including the wider supply network, offsite warehouses, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and a team of approximately 30 Logistics operatives.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring seamless handover of a successful shift to the next Shift Lead on site.
- Maintaining clear communication channels through documented meeting structures and written handovers.
- Providing leadership and guidance to your team of Logistics operatives.
Familiarity with Logistics assets (robots, palletizers), inventory management systems, and ERP systems like SAP would be advantageous.
