Ils recherchent actuellement un Assistant Comptable/Semi-Senior dévoué pour rejoindre leur équipe dynamique et contribuer à leur succès continu.

En tant qu'Assistant Comptable/Semi-Senior, vous serez chargé de fournir une gamme de services comptables aux clients, y compris la préparation des états financiers, des déclarations fiscales et des rapports de gestion. Le candidat idéal possédera une solide compréhension des principes comptables et sera capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d'une équipe.

Responsabilités Clés :

  • Élaboration des états financiers pour les travailleurs indépendants, les partenariats et les sociétés à responsabilité limitée.
  • Assistance dans la préparation des comptes de gestion et des rapports.
  • Réalisation des déclarations de TVA et communication avec les autorités fiscales au nom des clients.
  • Gestion des tâches de comptabilité, y compris le traitement des factures, des reçus et des paiements.
  • Soutien à la préparation des déclarations fiscales personnelles et des sociétés.
  • Réalisation des rapprochements bancaires et garantie de l'exactitude des données financières.
  • Assistance lors des audits et communication avec les auditeurs selon les besoins.
  • Maintien et mise à jour des dossiers comptables et des fichiers clients.
  • Communication efficace avec les clients pour répondre à leurs questions et fournir un service exceptionnel.
  • Assistance dans des projets et tâches ponctuels selon les besoins du cabinet.


ExigencesQualification AAT ou partiellement qualifié ACCA/ACA (ou équivalent) souhaitée.
Expérience avérée dans un rôle comptable au sein d'un environnement de pratique.
Solide connaissance des logiciels comptables (par exemple, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero).
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel.
Excellentes compétences numériques et analytiques.
Grande attention aux détails et un niveau élevé de précision.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à respecter les délais.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
Approche proactive de la résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
