Job Title: Assistant Cost Analyst

A leading contractor in the field of refurbishment and fit-out is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Cost Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the preparation of tenders and take-offs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with the project team to develop competitive bids, leveraging strong analytical and numerical skills.
  3. Support the estimating team in various tasks, including data analysis and report preparation.
  4. Contribute to the development of project estimates, working closely with the project manager and estimating team.
Person Specification:
  1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cost estimation and analysis.
  2. Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  3. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and concisely with colleagues and stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
