Position Overview:

Senior Mechanic

Location: Glasgow

Role Summary

In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of the automotive workshop.

Utilizing our established maintenance protocols, you will collaborate with the team to ensure our fleet remains safe and compliant with all regulations.


Your responsibilities will include vehicle inspections and servicing, work scheduling, parts procurement, and auditing workshop processes in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with our operations teams to maintain fleet functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Flexibly work 40 hours between 07:30 and 20:30 based on operational needs.
  • Maintain our iconic fleet by expertly performing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular maintenance inspections, complete digital records, and manage inventory.
  • Collaborate with fellow mechanics to achieve maintenance goals efficiently and safely.
Required Qualifications

  • Strong initiative, planning skills, and a positive, adaptable attitude.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in vehicle mechanics.
  • A C1, 7.5-tonne license is advantageous but not mandatory.
