We are working with an international company in the medical industry to find a skilled Stock Analyst to join their Material Management team in a dynamic role.

This is a 2-year temporary contract with the possibility of converting to a permanent position afterwards.

The position will be based in a global business with a strong presence in the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and have exposure to a wide range of products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the ordering, receipt, storage, and consumption processes for products on-site.
  • Maintain accurate master and inventory data and execute related processes.
  • Coordinate and process validation activities.
  • Contact and organize returns to suppliers.
  • Produce reports and monitor consumption patterns.
  • Initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review stock levels for new product launches.
  • Work in partnership to manage product lists and review stock levels.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a Supply Chain environment or in a hospital environment.
  • Full rights to work in the UK.
  • Expert user of Excel and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Project or change management experience.
  • Proven track record in data analysis and affinity with numbers.
  • Willingness to travel as this position requires on-site work in the clinical area daily, with some possible weekend work due to cycle count requirements.

**Nice to Have:**

  • General knowledge of healthcare and hospital practices and standards.
  • Previous experience of working in an international multi-layered matrix organization.
  • Process and solution-oriented problem solver.
