Job Summary

As a key member of the DX team, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and take on a leadership role in our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and efficient manner to meet team objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure all warehousing activities are carried out in accordance with the Operations Manual and service centre working instructions.
  • Develop and implement efficient resource planning to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
  • Oversee the safe and correct loading and unloading of vehicles within specified time limits.
  • Ensure warehouse operatives complete loading and unloading documentation accurately and on time.
  • Manage stock levels, including space allocation, stock transfer, and handling non-conforming products.
  • Maintain the highest standards of product quality and service within the warehouse.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the logistics or distribution industry.
