Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault finding and problem solving of equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance

  • Project manage service, upgrades, and installations to meet business objectives and deadlines

  • Demonstrate professionalism, quality awareness, and an active engagement for high safety standards to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • NVQ, HNC, B.Tec or similar formal qualifications in an engineering-based discipline
  • Experienced and proficient in upkeep and fault finding on mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, preferably with additional engineering skills in areas such as hydraulics, vacuum systems, pneumatics, and PLC controls
  • Experienced in safe contractor management and able to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Good general understanding of health, safety, and quality standards and ability to carry out risk assessments and write operating procedures to a high standard
  • Good communication skills within a team environment when working under pressure
  • Good IT skills with proficiency in standard office software and relevant software for data acquisition, treatment, and processing
